The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors are stewards who act on behalf of the organization's constituents, including service recipients, funders, and members. They have the principal responsibility for fulfillment of the organization's mission and the legal accountability for its operations.
This means that they are in charge of establishing a clear organizational mission, forming the strategic plan to accomplish the mission, overseeing and evaluating the plan's success, hiring a competent executive director and providing adequate supervision and support to that individual, ensuring financial solvency of the Fellowship, interpreting and representing the Pagan community to the organization, and instituting a fair system of policies and procedures for human resource management as applicable to organizational operations.
Members are referred to a "Directors" or, if they hold title, the title they hold "President," "Vice-President," "Secretary," or "Treasurer."

The Board of Governors
The Board of Governors are responsible for assessing and nominating members of the board of directors; making recommendations regarding operations and performance; overseeing the corporation's succession planning process; developing nonprofit governance principles; and helping shape the nonprofit governance of the organization. They oversee the Board of Directors.
Members are referred to as "Governors" or, if they hold title, the title they hold "Chairman," "Vice-Chairman," or "Clerk".
